Short Bio

I am a PhD candidate at the LRE in cooperation with CREATIS (Université de Lyon / CNRS / Inserm / INSA Lyon / Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1). My research, supervised by Jonathan Fabrizio with the co-supervision of Elodie Puybareau and Odyssée Merveille, focuses on vascular network segmentation in medical imaging. More specifically, I study the impact of annotation quality on segmentation models and design topology-aware metrics and cost functions to achieve more robust and anatomically faithful results. I hold an engineering degree in Computer Science from EPITA, where I specialized in the IMAGE major.
