Me in brief:

Member of Security and Systems group of the LRE (https://www.lre.epita.fr/) since September 2022.

Associate Professor at EPITA Toulouse since September 2022.

Short Bio

I have been an associate professor at EPITA and member of LRE since September 2022. Before joining EPITA, I was:

PRAG at INSA of Toulouse

CTO of Sensinov, a Toulouse-based startup developing an innovative IoT platform for building management that integrates easily with existing infrastructures through multi-protocol connectivity (Modbus, BACnet, LoRaWAN, etc.).

I hold a PhD degree degree in Computer Science from the Université de Toulouse.

Research Interests

  • Security of data transfer in Internet of Things (IoT) systems, with a focus on protecting communications in distributed environments.

  • Formal methods and verification, including the specification and verification of distributed systems (particularly IoT systems) and their associated security policies.

  • Security in Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), focusing on:

    • the development of robust mechanisms to secure data communications and Over-The-Air (OTA) updates;

    • the proactive detection and prevention of software-based attacks in SDV environments.

Teaching

I created three lectures at EPITA :

  • IoT : fundamentals, protocols and standards (3SE Major)
  • Big data infrastructure and processing algorithms (3SE Major)
  • Software architectures design (3SE Major)

I also teach Data Structures, Software Engineering, Object-Oriented Design, Relational Database Design, and SQL to ING1 students, and mentor project-based learning by coaching the 42sh Unix shell development project.
