Abstract
Faustine Rousselot holds a PhD in Education and is a lecturer-researcher at EPITECH, within the AI and Pedagogy Center (CEPIA). Her PhD focused on university tutoring and peer learning, using a qualitative approach centered on student experience and support dynamics between students. She also works on alternative pedagogies and on the personal transformations associated with the doctoral journey. In this seminar, she will present the work she is conducting at EPITECH and EPITA on student populations and the conditions that foster their academic success.
