The OSMOSE project, led by the University of Toulouse, addresses the growing need for cybersecurity skills in the Occitanie region. It aims to raise awareness and train both non-specialists and specialists through tailored educational modules ranging from secondary school to lifelong learning. The project includes the deployment of interactive simulation platforms (cyber-ranges), the development of a regional network of trained instructors, the promotion of cybersecurity careers, and the contribution to a cybersecurity professions observatory. OSMOSE combines technical knowledge with psychological, sociological, and legal dimensions. It involves a wide range of academic, industrial, and governmental partners and is closely aligned with regional strategies and national initiatives such as Cyber’Occ.
